She has seen first-hand the transformative impact of psychology-based coaching on career satisfaction and organisational success, and has created a unique approach to leadership and coaching programmes to facilitate enduring and impactful change.

  • Registered Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), College of Organisational Psychologists (COPS), Interest Group for Coaching Psychologists (IGCP), and Fellow of Association for Coaching.

  • Accredited to use various psychometric assessment tools, including Saville Wave, GeneSys, Hogan assessments, TalentQ Emotional Capital Reports (ECR), Emotional Capital Report 360 (ECR360), PROPHET teams assessment, and The Leadership Circle (TLC).
