Grounded in cutting-edge psychological research, this comprehensive workshop will guide leaders through understanding the impact of coaching conversations, identifying their unique coaching style, and recognising coaching moments with their team.
Participants will build essential micro skills such as active listening and effective questioning, learn and practice evidence-based coaching techniques, and apply proven coaching models to everyday conversations.

Omio's Leadership Impact workshop is a deeply reflective experience aimed to help leaders to raise their self-awareness with the purpose to refine and elevate their influence and impact.
This workshop will increase clarity about leaders' current and desired personal and professional impact, making them more conscious and proactive about their authentic professional profile.
Leaders will explore the environmental impacts on their leadership, personality profiles, motivations, and skills. They will develop a clear leadership purpose to guide their intentions and the way they show up to others. They will also gain insights into how their actions create their Leadership Shadow and understand the critical role this shadow plays in leading high-performance teams.
Additionally, leaders will develop a plan of action to step into their stretch vision for themselves.

Purpose: To strengthen emotional resilience, enhance wellbeing, and drive your team's performance with greater mindfulness and emotional intelligence
This workshop is designed to enhance leaders' emotional agility, resilience, and overall well-being using evidence-based methodologies. Participants will gain increased clarity about emotional agility and how to manage emotions effectively as leaders. They will become more conscious and proactive about emotional regulation, understanding its impact on their Leadership Shadow. Leaders will learn to shift their mindset to cope with challenges, implement micro-steps for immediate self-care, and experience mindfulness through a Headspace practice.
Additionally, the workshop will provide an understanding of resilience in leading high-performance teams and help develop a plan of practical coping strategies to support leaders during periods of high stress.

The Leading High Performance Teams Workshop is designed to enhance leaders' capabilities to drive high performance within their teams.
This workshop will delve into the theory of high-performance teams and cultures, emphasizing the critical role of the leader. Participants will explore theories of emotional intelligence, understand individual differences within teams, and learn how to build motivation in employees. Key skills such as effective delegation, coaching, providing feedback, holding accountability, and conducting crucial conversations will be covered.

Our high-performance team coaching program begins with a co-creation session to understand your team's needs. Through scientifically validated assessments, observations, and interviews, we diagnose your team's effectiveness and culture.
With 12 hours of group coaching, we define team purpose, align goals, and foster effective ways of working. Sessions are tailored to your preferences, delivered in formats like 2-day intensives or shorter sessions.
You'll also gain access to our online coaching platform and receive real-time support over six months. We'll provide a comprehensive team report with recommendations, followed by a check-in 4-6 months post-program for sustained progress.
