KATERINA SCALICI | SENIOR CONSULTANT
BSc (Hons)
Katerina is a Senior Consultant at Omio, specialising in organisational development, leadership development, and leadership coaching. She designs and delivers evidence-based development programs for leaders and teams, alongside supporting recruitment and selection processes to identify high-potential talent and enable strong hiring decisions.
With over 10 years of experience across organisational development, both as a consultant and within internal HR teams, Katerina brings a balanced and pragmatic perspective to organisational dynamics and client partnerships. This enables her to work effectively with leaders at all levels to address complex challenges and drive sustainable performance.
Katerina’s work is grounded in a strong belief that meaningful change begins with understanding the ‘why’ behind behaviour, performance, and decision-making. Her coaching approach combines curiosity, empathy, and psychological insight to help leaders slow down, think more clearly, and develop greater self-awareness and choice in how they lead. She creates reflective, psychologically safe coaching conversations that support leaders to navigate ambiguity, build confidence, and lead with authenticity.
Katerina holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Professional Certificate in Coaching Psychology, Member of the Association for Coaching, Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), and is accredited to practice with a range of psychometric assessment tools.
