Chantal brings a wealth of expertise to Omio as a psychologist, performance coach, and facilitator with over two decades of experience spanning the Middle East, UK, Europe, and Australia. Throughout her career, she has partnered with boards, CEOs, and executives across diverse sectors such as banking, government, telecommunications, and aviation to foster their self-awareness and emotional intelligence and create authentic and high-performing leaders.

 As a business partner with a rich background working with more than 250 different cultures, Chantal champions the power of diversity within organisations and dedicated to reshaping behaviour and instigating cultural shifts, particularly in demanding environments. As a coaching psychologist, she uses a targeted discovery process to identify core beliefs and unpack the root cause of issues holding leaders back from performing at their best. Her approach strikes a balance between support and accountability, creating actionable strategies to achieve long lasting behavioural transformations.

Chantal holds a mix of formal psychology training and coaching expertise including:

  • General Registration as a Psychologist (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency)
